Healthy Supplements: Vitamins and Herbs

Patients often ask about supplements that they are currently taking. Please be careful where you purchase your supplements, because not all supplements are created equally. Talk to your practitioner about healthy supplements that have been tested for efficacy and safety. "Cheap" vitamins or supplements often are not tested properly for heavy metals or effective herbal constituents.
